    The Hyatt was a very clean and nicely decorated hotel with very comfortable, but small beds.  The room was neat and well organized, though I wish the chair was replaced with a love seat so my husband and I could have sat together to enjoy the sites.   The hotel advertises complete wheelchair accessibility, but it was not completely handicapped accessible.  The clerk wanted us to take a handicapped shower room, but only a king was available.  My aunt would not have slept well on a cot, so we stayed with two "queen" beds, which I believe were actually doubles.  The bathroom was spacious, but there were no railing for her to hold on to.  We managed, but please realize wheelchair accessibility does not mean handicapped accessibility.  The breakfast buffet in the package was fantastic.

    I was disappointed by the hidden expenses like paying $39 to park and $15 for 24 hours of internet service. The dining area was understaffed, with un-bussed tables, and the menu unappealing, closed early. Breakfast was unavailable as well. Too many better hotels in town... It's unlikely I would ever stay there again.

    From the moment we pulled in front of this hotel until we left the staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu at the restaurant didn't appeal to me but other than that, I have no complaints about this hotel.
