We traveled to Boston with another family with four 10 to 13 year old children. We found the entire hotel very clean and well decorated. The rooms were spacious for a city hotel and extremely clean! The Colonade also was centrally located for shopping, dining out, going to a Red Sox game. One of our children's favorite features was the roof top pool! We wil definitely stay here again when in Boston!

Our son attended Northeastern University, and so we have visited Boston numerous times and stayed at a variety of hotels -- until we discovered the Colonnade. It is a superb hotel with great rooms and service oriented staff. The hotel restaurant, Brasserie Jo is a great spot for cocktails and terrific meals. There's a rooftop pool we've never experienced, but it seems like a good place to hang-out on a summer day. We choose the Colonnade whenever possible and have never been disappointed.

This hotel is in a great location. The T-stop subway is right outside the hotel. The Shopping mall is across the street . I have stayed in a number of Back Bay hotels and the Colonnade is highly recommended and a good value
