The hotel is on the edge of "Boston Tourist area" but it is well kept, staff was very nice and close to McDonalds in Chinatown!!! Great place for breakfast. We did splurge on our last day and had the Sunday brunch at the hotel which was overpriced for $20. Would not recommend but overall we all liked the hotel and saved about $100 per night compared to the Copley Plaza, Hilton, etc.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They greeted us upon arrival. We were there extremely early, so they held our luggage so we could start our sightseeing. It was extremely easy to check in and retrieve our bags later in the day. We were disappointed in the room considering we have stayed in multiple Doubletree hotels elsewhere. It seemed quite dated. The decor seemed old. They needed an HD television. The bed however was extremely comfortable and we loved the pillows too. The room was clean and we were given plenty of towels. The hotel overall was very quiet and we had absolutely no outside noise while we were there.
