  Had a wonderful time in nyc. the location is great, walkable to times square and the theaters. the staff was very friendly and helpful. would definitely go back.

  The location is good, the room was very clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed.the staff was professional, this is a wonderful and historic hotel.

  We had a very nice stay, the room was clean and big! we got a complementary upgrade to help us celebrate our anniversary from the person who checked us in ...

  We had a very nice stay, the room was clean and big! We got a complementary upgrade to help us celebrate our anniversary from the person who checked us in at the front desk. The concierge lady was also very helpful, I liked the security person checking room keys by the elevator making sure everyone truly belonged there. It made me feel safe, I will definitely stay here again! Location was great too, close to everything.

  The hotel room was quiet and really convenient. the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. rooms are small (welcome to ny) and the bathroom was exceptionally small but ...

  The hotel room was quiet and really convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Rooms are small (welcome to NY) and the bathroom was exceptionally small but this should not deter someone from staying at this hotel. I look forward to staying here again!
