Location was perfect, diner and restaurant in the building were a good value and good food. We were given a small double room but told we could move to a larger one as had been promised if not satisfied. We were too tired when we arrived to move and made out fine in the tighter quarters.

The room we had was actually very spacious with room for a small couch and chair and desk along with 2 beds. The bathroom was not updated and had a separate set of knobs for the show head. There was little noise from the hallway so it was quite from the inside but because of its location there is street noise all night.

Beds were a little short for me but I'm tall. Location is fantastic it is 3 blocks from Macy's 4 from the empire state building and a 5-10min walk to times square and penn station is literally across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was accommodating from the very start. The bell desk held our bags prior to check-in which allowed us to become familiar with our surroundings. The room had two double beds which were extremely comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great especially if you are sharing a room with a friend. The only downside to the room was the small closets. I could understand this to an extent because the hotel was built in the 1920s. Aside from this the hotel was clean, central to central park and time square. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.
