  This trip was made to fulfill an item on my 80 year old mother's bucket list - seeing the cherry blossoms. I choose the Hilton Garden Inn because of it's location and comparative costs to other hotels in DC. We were very happy with the hotel overall. I did not use the pool or fitness area. I did ask for an accessible room and at check in and got one. It was very nice. We ate dinner at the hotel one evening and breakfast one morning. Dinner was good, breakfast was overpriced and wasn't all that.

  Location of the hotel was great. right across the street from a metro station, this was very convenient. rooms are nice. great restaurant and bar downstairs in the lobby. only ...

  Location of the hotel was great. Right across the street from a metro station, this was VERY convenient. Rooms are nice. Great restaurant and bar downstairs in the lobby. Only negative aspect was the parking fee. $35 dollars per day. However, anywhere in DC parking is expensive. Overall it was a great hotel and we were very satisfied.

  Staff was great - very helpful and accommodating. The lounge and restaurant had a surprisingly good food and wine selection, all at very reasonable prices. The location is a perfect meeting spot and a good place to stay for sightseeing.

  The staff was very courteous and accomodating. The location was ideal for sight seeing and visiting family. The food was very good and room choices were made available upon check-in. I chose a streetside room for the window and was surprised that it was still very quiet. Security measures there were also nice for protection of guests and there belongings. The valet was also reasonable for the area and very courteous as well.
