The hotel was just as advertised; clean, friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, even our food from room service was delisious. My only complaint was that the breakfast buffet was overpriced ($15/person). I would definately reccomend this to anyone without hesitation.

The Hilton GArden inn downtown is not only ideally located on the Metro line, well equipped with comfortable, clean, well staffed (very helpful and friendly), excellent breakfast, but is the perfect place to stay in DC. It is walking distance to White House, and National Mall . I will always stay there on returning trips. Great breakfast, good cookies, better yet the staff. I read about them and then experienced them

The hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located: It is close to the White House and the Mall. In addition, the Metro is right across the street, giving you access to all of Washington DC. If you fly into Reagan Airport, you can take the metro right to the hotel. A big plus! The staff is friendly and helpful -- they answered all of our questions. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Superb buy at a good price. I recommend it most highly.

After I checked in, I received a bottle of wine and choclocate covered straberries, mangoes and grapes. Totally unexpected byt a great surprise. All of the employees go out of their way to make you feel special. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms can stand a bit of updating but compared to the service, that's a minor flaw. I will definitely stay again.
