Room was pretty clean never saw the staff cuz was rarely in the room only complain I have is that theres no wIfI and the ice machine kept running out of ice so I had to keep going to the next floor for ice if your on a budget and want to stay on the strip but not In circus circus I recommend this hotel

Service was slow. Servers were barely around. We sat at a poker table over two hours and the dealer and manager assured us that they had buzzed her. We finally went to the bar and played the machines. Where the bartender said we had to pay for drinks unless we hit max bet. So we cabbed it down the street to Bill's Gambling Hall.

We recently stayed at the Excalibur. We were in Tower 1 which was not an upgraded room. For an upgraded room we needed to pay an extra $20 per night. The room was ok. No view, we looked out onto the brick wall of the tower next to us. The shower had chipped tiles and was never cleaned after we checked in. The fire alarm went off one night and we were informed to remain calm as they were investigating the problem. Then the alarm stopped and we were never informed of anything else. The A/C was loud and hard to control. The pool area was very nice. The RESORT FEE IS A JOKE! We could have stayed at properties without the resort fee and would have paid the same. All in all you aren't in your room much except to shower and sleep and it was just ok.
