When we arrived we waited forever to check in and of course was hounded by time share people. Our room was a standard room and we wanted one bed but got two. There was one king available but it was a smoking room so we turned it down. For the whole 5 days we were there they was drilling going on started every morning at 8am. When I called about the noise they offerred to change our room but later but we said no since it was our last night. It would have been nice if we knew construction was going on. I spoke to the hotel manager Mike and he was no help at all either. He said they are putting up new pictures and they work 8am to 4:30pm. No help at all and defiantely wil not be staying there. We stayed there because we thought the Lynyrd Skynyrd Bar and Grill was open but to find out that they closed it 2 weeks ago... Not impressed at all..

room heater did not work, froze our behinds off, rotted sink, safe was not opened, spots on headboard, complained to management, fixed problems and upgraged to one size room. could have done a little better for all the issues, were nice but had a little bit of a it is what it is outlook. Be prepared to pay a premium price for food places in the casino. Great strip location, out dated hotel, nice pool. Overal if you not picky about room quality then this is the place for you. Overal I would not return.
