    After being stuck in airport for 24 hours all we wanted to do was get check in and take a shower. after standing in in for what seemed like forever. ...

    After being stuck in airport for 24 hours all we wanted to do was get check in and take a shower. After standing in in for what seemed like forever. We get check in, walked to our room and it had not been cleaned! Sheet were off, towels on the floor. At this point we had reached our breaking point. I called the front desk explained the situation. Tr lady in the phone was very nice and said she had a room the was on the same floor and close. I ran down to get the new keys( at the bell stand which is where I was told to go) and the bell lady was rude and said the lady who does that just left. She looked and me and is pointing at the lady who does do that and said there she goes on her brake. I was furious! Finally found where I could get my keys stood waiting for 10 more glorious minutes. Got keys went to the room. Well the fun doesn't stop there. In the new room the AC is not working. Had to wait in maintenance ( who was very nice), but we had to meet family and friends and this made us late. Unfortunately Excalibur is just not the place for me and would never stay there again.

    We stayed @ Excallbur Oct. 24th - 28th. We stayed in Tower 2 which has recently been remodeled. The room was bright compared to the previous color scheme. The beds & pillows were perfect. i wish I could have purchased the pillows! The gaming floor has not changed. It was clean & loud just how we like it. The dealers were very friendly & the front desk employees were so nice. The pools are beautiful! There are the two original & 2 that are new. We counted 4 hot tubs. They are really turning this property around. We had an excellent stay & will go back. Dining tip: Buca was inexpensive but very good & filling. Next door @ New York New York, daily between 11pm & 5am you can get a 16 oz ribeye with potato & vegetable for $12.95 @ the America cafe. EXCELLENT!!
