Horrible hotel, dingy, and dirty. Poor customer service--requested multiple rooms so all my family members could have rooms close to each other. Ended up with 5 rooms, on three different floors in separate towers. No view, only saw concrete and dirt.

We were upgraded into an updated room for no additional charge due to lack of availability of our pre-booked room. Room was very nice, the view was of a wall. One complaint - when I went to plug my phone charger behind the bedside table, I found throw up on the wall. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they offered to either move us, or clean it up. Clean up happened very quickly.

For the price we paid this was the best hotel ever! for the very short amount of time we spend in our room, anything else would have been a waste. Dicks Last Resort was a BLAST and the staff in the hotel was great. would definitely stay there again.
