The door lock on my door continuously broke. I had to manually lock it on my way out and jiggle the handle. And have security let me into my own room several times. Even though a maintenance employee claims to have fixed it. In addition, the "free" wired internet didn't work. This was my only option so I stared there (since I booked last minute for CES). However, I will never return to this hotel.

01/17/2013Had a wonderful weekend getaway at this hotel. the food was great! the rooms were very comfortable. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful! we will definitely be back!
