This was my first time staying at the Excalibur so I didn't know what to expect. It definitely wan't anything great. I usually stay at the MGM, but was just stopping through and needed a place to stay for the night. The price wasn't bad but it wasn't a deal either. My only real complaints were that the safe in the room was locked when I got there and the staff aid I would have to wait in my room for an hour for someone to come up and unlock it. My other complaint is that the TV was out so the only thing available to watch was pay-per-view. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal being in Vegas, but I wasn't there to party, just crash and relax in my room so that was a bummer.

Spent one night here while flying out the next morning. The hotel was very reasonable but like they say, you get what you pay for!! One benefit was the free covered parking while we were gone.

Finally the third room we got was actually clean. The first two rooms the bathrooms were still dirty and it hadnt been vaccumed. The second room had an odor like something had died in there. The front desk staff was VERY RUDE. The ONLY good thing about my stay the SLOTS were very good to me and thats the ONLY good thing I can say.

When I checked in, they upgraded my room. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and had a 42" lcd tv. I had a problem with the safe in our room, so I called front desk and they said there sending someone to to fix it. The locksmith was at our door in under 5 minutes. The casino wasn`t the greatest, but the hotel part was exellent.

11/10/2011My room was quite comfortable, with a little afternoon sun to relax in before the night out. there are plenty of places to eat. very central location to the strip.
