The staff at check in should be a little more professional we were not even asked what kind a room we wanted example: smoking or non smoking the lady at check in just gave us the room keys with no directions we had to ask her. The rooms were nice and confortable and everything was close.

The front desk employees were unpleasant both checking in and out. The only nice employee was the person I ordered Tournament of Kings from, via the phone. The hotel has seen better days. The smell of tobacco and dust was horrible. We went to Mandalay Bay, The Tropicana and New York, New York. These casinos/hotels were much cleaner and brighter. The room was okay, although we heard sirens all night and car alarms going off. We did not relax, did not feel welcomed. The only plus was when we checked out.

One lady in particular made our stay so amazing by going out of her way to help us. Her name was Coronnie. I made sure to write it down because the name is uncommon. We felt so hopeless because we couldnt get a hold of anyone but she was able to call the right people when we were getting the run around. What was amazing to us was that she didnt have to do that. She didnt send us away with another phone number to call she did it herself and from that we were able to get our tickets. I wasnt that thrilled about going to Vegas to begin with but that made it worth it and from that one moment of kindness and great service I had the best time. Thank you for her.
