Everything was nice.
01/24/2012Had a good stay and enjoyed the tournament of kings dinner and program. we were there only one night but everything was very nice, clean and friendly.

room not clean, guess they thought I needed a drink or two, two dirty glasses left for us. one of the lights not working, safe in room did'nt work, pay your resort fee which says you get a morning newspaper, no checkout paper in the morning, girl at checkout said i had to go get it at some freakin location, resorts i stay at paper is at my door before i wake up! Tried to get coffee(most basic thing in a resturant# we finished eating before any coffee came out#forgot to say this is breakfast 10:00am)so i go to get my money back with my 2 cups in hand, and the idiot says do i have a receipt, I said how do you think I got these cups? these people need a crash course in customer service. restrooms in the casino were very dirty, no attendent, this is motel 6 all the way, in fact I have stayed at a motel 6 while traveling on the road with the family and it was better! was my first time there, needless to say, well I won't say anymore.

The staff was great, the room was clean, did smell like cigarettes, however, the other guests (wow). At 1:30am the fire alarm was pulled (OK). At 3:15am drunk guest going down the hall banging on all the doors (Bad). At 6:00am a family of 10 having a fiesta checked into the room next door (Priceless). Note: read the terms and condition for the free internet. The 2 best paragraphs were, you allow Hospitality Networks to enter your room at any time to inspect any equipment attached to their network your (i.e. computer). Also, You authorize Hospitality Networks to access you credit files for review and post any comments necessary.

So much for the whole family to do on site. The internet is wired not wireless, but speedy response to a service call about it. One drawback is the resort representatives trying to sell you 'free' shows or stays, but they back off if you tell them you already signed up. Lots of activites for kids to early teens.
