we werent in the sysytem and had to wait for45 mins, room was dirty,smelly and sheet on bed were dirty,smelly and very wrinkled. some of the lights didnt work,iron didnt work. for the price we paid i was expecting something better then that. it was like staying in a motel. and at the casino staff was rude and all the time that i was playing i was just offered twice for a drink. this was my first time to vegas and to me it was horrible.

This was a very nice trip for me to relax,first time flying and coming to vegas what a great experience I had doing two things at once that I never did,on a special day which was my birthday.The hotel stay was very relaxing,I enjoyed shopping,the food was great. I like that everything was at the the the hotel.I enjoyed my trip I plan to take my husband back to vegas soon and yes I will be staying at the same hotel.

I chose the excallibur hotel because it is attractive, inexpensive, and they offered an upgraded room which they say has a widescreen tv, view of the strip, and a ipod docking station alarm clock. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait a half hour to get checked in because they did not have enough people working the check in counter. We got to our room and were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. But when we opened the curtin to see the view of the strip, we saw nothing but a wall outside our window. This is no exaggeration. The room did have a widescreen tv, but had limited channels. The room had an alarm clock but no docking station. Also, there were 4 of us on the reservation, but the room only had 3 full size towels.
