Be prepared for an unappreciative and uninformative front desk staff. For the $$$ we spent on check in, not even a thank you; did not inform us of free shows or discounts we were entitled to; did not allow us to pick the room location in the hotel, so the windows had zero view. Hotel security was a joke and anyone had access to room elevators while guards stood by. Dingy maze-like casino is in dire need of updating. Not one nice restaurant or cafe here. No free breakfast or drinks in the casino. Wi Fi is not wireless for the $15.00 / day fee. TONS of much better places to stay next time.

I felt at home and enjoyed the casinos. the staff was very friendly and I would recommend hotel o friends... I would suggest that the buffet can be take out if a person wants to take to room instead of eating inside buffet.. You paying the one price any way so why does it matter if you take it out.

It was my first trip to Las Vegas and the entire experience was more than words can say. The hotel was beautiful, clean and they made you feel like you were very important to them. Every day our room was always in order and housekeeping was very polite and honest. All my questions and requests were answered and I would highly recommend staying at The Excalibur no matter what your age. I would definitly stay there again.
