04/06/2012The hotel smell was horrible. it was like they pumped perfume into the hallways of our floor/ the rooms did not stink thou.

I was really disappointed in several things, We recieved a flyer when we checked in stating things going on this week (the dates we were there) one was a special at the Camelot Steakhouse for dinner for 2. We made reservations for our 37th anniversary dinner and when we get to the restaurant and ordered we were told they no longer offer that special we decided it was 9 o'clock at night we were hungry so we would order off the menu., then we were told nothing came with the dinner, everything was separate, we left very unhappy. Also room service stops at 2 pm in the afternoon???? why bother also the coffee shops at either end of the towers close after the morning. Parking is hard to find for guests without walking quite a way. all of the close parking is for the valet service. We are planning on checking other hotels for our twice yearly visits.

I enjoyed this hotel for the most part. The room was clean but the only thing that really bothered me was the toilet paper roll bc it was really dirty looking and as a woman it did not make me feel comfortable. I enjoyed the view and activities. The buffet was okay but after eating it one full day my husband did not wish to return bc he said he didn't care for anything except the omelets. The staff was great and very helpful!
