The only problem was the internet service. Checking in and out was very smooth although I thought that we should have been told that we could by a wristband to eat throughout the day. We didnt find that out until the day before we departed.

This hotel is cramped, dirty and the staff are impolite. I was particularly distressed by the floor waitresses who after removing dirty napkins, ashtray and other waste, would serve drinks by holding the glasses and bottles over the drinking area. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was decent. It was relatively cheaper than others on the las vegas strip. The room was decent. The only problem I had was the smoking smell when you walk inside. The room was ok though. It is good if you need a decent place to sleep on the vegas strip for less. If you are looking for a luxurious stay, then you should probably look into other options.

The room had a lamp that did not work, and when I looked at the socket, it did not have a cover. The air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn it off in order to get sleep The staff did not explain very well how to get to your room, they said you have room 54, instaed of saying floor 22, tower 1, room 54, which is 22154. The slot machines were old, and not as up to date as some of the other hotels such as Luxur, where we did most of our gambling at. The internet did not work, no wireless internet
