the hotel has great variety of restaurants-make sure you eat at Dicks, pool is great-although they close a little early-7pm, rooms are clean. customer service lacks a little when you arrive with your luggage,and at the front desk, but otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful for the mostpart. best amenity is that it is right on the strip with easy access.

All in all the stay was good... 10 years ago we stayed here as a family and it isn't the family place it used to be but it was clean and well maintained. We had someone try to sell us drugs in Circus Circus so we moved... if it's a toss up for you let that be your guide. We had a leaky toilet that needed two fixes by maintenance (broken flapper and then bad install) and not a word of "we are sorry" was said, but hey, it's cheap and that's why we all pick the place. I'd stay again... just not with the kiddos. And again, 10 years ago ... Vegas WAS a kid friendly place during the day but not anymore.

06/23/2012Staff was very comprensive and helpful, valet park was great and fast....had a good time at games and good eating experiences...i will probably stay at the excalibur again....+++++
