the hotel has good variety of restaurants (eat at dicks!), nice pool (although it closes early), and fair casino choices. good access to other hotels and the strip. the rooms were ok-my mother's room had a no view (just equipment from her window) and the furniture looked very used-kind of an economy hotel feel. i got an upgrade and had a wonderful view from the 27 floor, and the room was exactly the same but more luxurious because of the newer nicer furniture and seemed like a really good value for the price. check in was rocky because they treat you like cattle..our experience...when we arrived and were approached by the man who took our luggage and put it on the cart, we told him we were in seperate rooms and not all the baggage was going to one room....he put it all on one cart and told us "no problem". we confirmed this with another guy that was taking luggage and he told us the same-"no problem". guess what...it was a problem. it all went to one room....and they said they couldn't do anything about it- that it should have been specified by the baggage guy upon arrival. even after speaking to the manager for that dept...we ended up having to lug baggage from one tower to another, which turned out worse than us taking our luggage ourself in the first place!! so beware the luggage man. checkout should've been fast and easy..even with long lines....but it took foooorrrrreeeevvvvver. just alot a little extra time for check in and check out..be patient...and you should enjoy the rest of the stay.
