    Stayed here to attend a sporting event at Phillips Arena. Could not be easier to walk over to the venue. Also had a room overlooking Olympic Park in the South Tower. Beautiful city view! Staff was very nice and gave our 4 year old a complimentary back pack of little toys which made him very happy. I joined their online loyalty program and this provides free internet and free juice and coffee delivered to your room in the morning. I would definitely stay here again especially if you can get one of the packages.

    I sent Omni hotel request/s a couple of days prior to our arrival - the hotel did not accomodate our request inspite of the fact that the hotel responded that they will. Room was comfortable but kinda old and bathroom was not very cleaned. Some hotel staff was not friendly at all. We were celebrating my husband's bday that weekend but the hotel did not make it "special" as they say they would in their reply to my request. They place us in a room with adjoining doors inside - each morning we have to wake up with noise next door. Hotel was in good location and near tourist attraction which I love the most when choosing a hotel.

    We took two grandchildren with us to see the aquarium and other sites. couldn't have asked for better service. service was top notch from bellman to restaurant service.

    Room was nice with a pretty view of the park, however there was a loud concert until midnight. all i could hear was thumping base. great shuttle to market.
