The staff was friendly the room was comfortable. I go to Atlanta often and have not stayed here before. I would recommend this hotel to families, business associates and individuals. My friends felt safe and we had a good time.

The location of this Hotel could not be more convenient, being situated downtown right next to Philips Arena, Centennial Park, and very close to many restaurants and attractions a visitor to Atlanta would like to visit. I parked my car and didn't drive again until I checked out. The view was great, but at a cost. I booked a king size bed in the North Tower, and instead got 2 'full' sized beds in the CNN Center. While I suppose some effort was made to entice us with a nice view of the park, there was no effort made to provide a king bed in the North Tower. I have to say, I am shocked that after 2 calls to the front desk, nothing was done about this. They claimed that they were "testing the fire alarms in the other building later tonight." This happened even though I called twice before arrival to verify my reservation. Completely unacceptable. On top of this blatant disregard for my requests, the costs at the hotel are a bit exorbitant in my opinion. For myself and my partner's breakfast of 1 bowl of cereal, 1 bagel, and 1 bowl of grits I was charged almost $30. If you want the privilege of using wi-fi: $10/day. Also, apparently the cleaning staff is unable to read the 'do not disturb' sign, as on both mornings we received at least one knock at the door and had to ask them to leave and come again later. I actually walked out the door once and nearly walked into one of the staff members standing in the doorway, seemingly waiting for me to leave so that she could do her job. All in all, the location and the view of the park were the only positives of this hotel. I was not pleased in any way with the service or the apparent disregard for my requests or privacy. I will most likely not be staying here again during future visits to Atlanta.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stayed at this hotel. I was welcomed in a friendly manner and the staff was helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The nightly turn down service was very nice. The room was not equipped with a refrigerator or microwave, which would have been useful. I would stay at this hotel again.
