The hotel was in a very nice location, about a 1/2 block from Waikiki beach. The staff was very hospitable. Rooms where very clean and spacious. Great complimentary breakfast buffet. Would visit this hotel again.

The staff made an excellent impression from the moment we arrived until we left. They answered every question and were very friendly. They responsed to our every call and wish. The breakfast was very good each day and plenty for everyone. Our bed was very comfortable and our room was kept very clean which was a lot of work when you saw all the sand we ended up with from the beach. Would definitely return again.

I love how its only couple of steps from the waikiki beach and the bus stop for all trasportation is just around the corner. Love the buffet breakfast too :) I love everything..except the swimming pool my daughter didnt get to swim in the pool because its too cold and I find it too small. Overall I Love everything. Also the musician last Saturday on May 19 was awesome. We love the live music.ill upload a photos next time as i am currently at work We miss Hawaii Aloha :)

The room was big,comfortable, and clean. The only thing that was not as expected was the view. The view of diamond head was off to the side and had to go out of your way to see it. But we were never in the room for too long to even try. Bed was very comfy ! The hotel was adding a small store in the end of lobby so there was a strong smell of thinner from the paint. But passing it quickly when heading in or out was not to bad. Over all great stay!! Styed in the 11th floor so no noise to complain about. Non-smoking rooms a major plus!
