The time was everything that I expected when researching hotels. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was just a block from times square and within walking distance to almost all shows. The subway station was very close. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but all we did was sleep in it, the rest of the time was spent exploring the big city. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a great value for a room in the heart of times square.

This hotel is a dump! The bathrooms are too small, the walls were dirty, there were no bellmen at the door when I arrived at 10pm and the staff attitudes. not good.

Worst Hotel room ever
08/02/2009We made reservations a month early. came in from pa at 9:00pm there was no place to park, i ended up driving to several garages only to be told ...
We made reservations a month early. Came in from PA at 9:00pm there was no place to park, I ended up driving to several garages only to be told my vehicle a pick-up was to big to park after checking with the reservation staff, I was told it wouldn't be a problem. I was specifically told they had parked semi's before. When I found a simpthetic police man I was told to go all the way to the river and park in a dark parking lot. Then I had to take a cab back. When my family was sent to the room supposedly a full Queen and a pull out couch. The place smelled like smoke the in the room like the worst cigar bar but the air conditioner had over heated and the room had fludded the carpet that 2 inches of water in it. there was only one small bed for 3 people. We complained but they said it was the only room left. I was promised a refund but never got it. Don't ever stay there its awful.

08/01/2009This hotel was wonderful. most of the staff was friendly. upon check in, girl was a little snotty. hotel was clean, safe & in a great location. will stay again & again.

I have stayed in many hotels across the us and this by far was new yorks best kept secret!!!!very clean,well maintained and well kept!!!I would with no doubt definately stay here again!!staff was wonderful also and a great location!!!!
