There is no room service available at night At night the hotel guests are required to pay entrance fee of 10 $ to the restaurant on the top floor Unable to eat breakfast a-la-carte in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel- only available open buffet for 20$. No tea bags in the room, when requested tea bags, received same type as served at McDonalds The hotel rate was very high, the star rating should be at maximum 2

Got a great deal with online travel website. Beautiful hotel in great location (right next to mall with all the conveniences and just west of Waikiki). Loved the room with it's amenities (coffee pot, microwave, fridge, internet connection, TV, etc). Staff was NOT helpful and was rude. When we had an issue with the parking, they were not sympathetic and scoffed at us. They seemed bored and and unenthusiastic. I really liked the hotel so I would recommend it if you want a good deal and don't mind the staff.

Our car rental place (enterprise) was very professional. They took our luggage off the bus, offered us directions while we were waiting in line, shook our hands and greeted us with smiles, etc.

    There were three troubles.

1.The card key was not able to be used.

2.It doesn't connect though it is the free Internet.

3.It was woken up at 5 AM though the delivery of luggage was not asked.

There are a lot of troubles of the staff though the hotel where the location which
is good, and which is convenient and beautiful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was VERY disappointed! The room was far too small for two people, and made it virtually impossible to work in. If travelling with another person, this is NOT the hotel to stay in! Rooms are very clean, and the decor is Extremely nice. The resturants leave a lot to be desired.
Overall, the rooms are just too small.

The hotel is very modern and clean, with very small (mine was aprox. 250 sq. feet) rooms. Very nice bathrooms with marble counter and deep soaking bathtub. Small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Bed was very nice and comfy, also a chair and sofa bed. Sliding door opened with no balcony, but good view from my room of the ocean. Part of the hotel is condominiums, and the fitness center is full of modern equipment. Shared Male/female sauna and steam room. Pool was a little dirty and you have to sign a form to get a towel with a *$ charge if not returned (make sure to get your receipt). Don't expect thorough cleaning every day, although it was adequate for me. There are several coffee shops in the adjacent Ala Moana Center ...a five minute walk to the Starbucks on the third level behind Macys. Also very good places to eat at the center (try Longhis for a treat...a little pricey but worth it). Bus stops right alongside the hotel and it costs $* to go anywhere. Waikiki beach is a healthy walk, but you can walk all down the beach from the Hilton Hawaiian villiage and then take the bus back.
Be forewarned that if you bring a car the parking structure is cramped and often full, and I was treated rudely on two occasions by attendants. They charge $* per day.
Overall I was pleased with my experience and would stay again if I was able to get a good rate. Might consider taking the bus and foregoing a car rental.
