My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel during the weekend of the George Strait concert...as was pretty much everyone in the hotel. We attempted to eat dinner before the concert in the hotel's restaurant. After sitting for 30 minutes without a server, I finally flagged one down to bring us drinks. We continued to wait an additional 50 minutes for an appetizer. The sad thing was, there really weren't that many people in the restaurant. Granted, there were probably more than they usually served because of concertgoers; however, most businesses bulk up staff when there's a big event coming to a facility two minutes away from them. Also, valet parking was a NIGHTMARE. We've stayed in larger cities when there were concerts in town and never had to wait so long for our car. The room was okay but for the price they charged, I would have at least expected free wireless and continental breakfast. Not recommended.

We booked this hotel for its location. We knew booking this hotel would cost more for its proximity to downtown OKC, however, I expected much more from a Marriott property. The room was less than average, very outdated. The bed sunk to the middle. At bedtime, the air conditioning wouldn't cool to our comfort. The bathtub was stained with what looked like mildew. The elevators were extra, extra slow. It was way overpriced for the condition of our room. Will not stay here ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone!

Best hotel service that we had ever had. We had two separate rooms, TVs in both (flatscreens), brought crib right up, bell hop gave us his cell # if we needed anything else. Offered free limo service to bricktown. Pool was great....kids loved elevator ride (glass), TV, & pool the most. Too expensive to eat in restaurant though (with 4). Would highly recommend.

the first night we stayed there was okay. The second night was awful. they assumed we were a mr and mrs which was highly offensive then, they showed the OU game in the bar area and allowed the people in the bar to scream and yell till midnight. we had a 7:00am flight and had to be up at 4:00am. we complained twice the manager called and said we could move rooms. right get up get dressed re-pack and move rooms, they just kept telling us it was an important game. we paid a pretty hefty room price to stay there so we could get a good night sleep. also the tvs in this hotel do not work, we had two different rooms cause our stay was not back to back, and neither room had a working tv.
