The location and cost of this hotel is good. It is obviously an older facility, but is fairly well maintained and clean. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in our room, but we were told there was free coffee in the lobby at all times. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Don't miss eating breakfast at the Log Cabin Pancake house just up the street. The long lines move very quickly.

My husband and I stayed here because we got a good deal and because of the location. When we got there, we knew what they meant by great location and being close to so much We were within walking distance to so many places to visit, eat, shop and the convention center is across the street and at this time an Arts adn Crafts show was going on. The staff at the desk were very nice and helpful, there is a continental breakfast, nothing fancy, coffee, juices, muffins, choice of cereal ect, all we needed. Our room-a Queen single room-was clean. bathroom was an average size. There was a flat screen tv and also a desk which was great because I brought my laptop since WIFI was free. We both said next trip- we'll stay there again.

Great location! Walking distance to a lot of the gatlinburg attractions, like Ober gatlinburg, Aquarium, Christ in the Smokies, shopping, restaurants,trolly, great locations! Hotel is about a half block off The parkway (main "drag"). Close enough to be right "whee the action is " but far enough to not have a lot of noise. The hotel was a good value for the money, continental breakfast served each morning, friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Ironing boards and mini fridge in the room, flat screen HD tv's too. Also free WIFI. There is some covered parking too. Is this a Hilton? No, but if you are like us and you need a decent place to stay while taking in gatlinburg sights, then this is the place tostay!
