I, and a lady friend who is 81 and handicapped, ( I am 80), were traveling from Denver to Dugway Utah on September 8, 2009, This litle America seemed a good stopping off point for the first night on the road. I had previously made reservations for that night for a two bedroom handicapped unit., with close kup parking.Upon arrival, at about 3:30 pm,it was found that they had scheduled us for one room with two queen beds and no handicap room was available. In addition, repaving of all of their parking lots was being done that day. After seeing the unit, and smelling the odor of fresh tar, I contacted the desk clerk (Rita, I believe was her name) to see if we could cancel without penalty. I thought we were going to have to continue, and for some distance, to get accomodations for the night. She immediately sent the night manager (Spencer) to see if he could find rooms that were satisfactory. After looking at a couple of rooms, which weren't , we were put in two seperate rooms in the large two story building with the swimming pool, for the same total rate as the two bedroom unit. These room were very large, with two queen size beds. tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and most important upwind from the fresh tar being laid. The end result of what started off to be an unhappy experience turned jout to be even better than we could have ever expected, which resulted from the thoughtful and conscientiousness efforts of Spencer and Rita to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. In addition, the restaurant was clean and pleasant and the food was excellent. We will stay there again. We are hooked on Little America motels. Our undying thanks

It was a very nice and clean hotel. This 17 floor hotel has delicious dining and nice comfortable rooms. Although we did think that the beds were awful for comfort. The heated pool was awesome but the hot tub had so much chlorine that it gave my whole family rashes except for me and my father. The Little America Hotel is a gorgeous hotel!
