Important Hotel Information
- A daily resort fee of 13.39 plus tax will be collected by the hotel (13.39 + 1.61 = 15.00). The amenities included in this fee are access to Wi-Fi internet, fitness center, local calls, in room safe, parking, tennis court, coupon book valued at 250, daily newspaper, show tickets and more.
- The Riviera Casino and Hotel requires a 100 per stay deposit for any regular room product and 100 per day for Suites in addition to the room rate, daily resort charges, and applicable taxes. The hold will be released 3-10 business days after departure depending on the credit card issuers processing speed. If you're using a debit card as a method of payment, your primary account will be charged the full amount and the funds will not be available to you through your debit/check card for up to 3-10 business days. The Riviera is not responsible for overdrafts/fees associated with your credit/debit card.

The front desk staff was polite, but totally ignored what I was saying and focused on trying to "fix" a problem that wasn't really the point. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, but had a broken TV and a chunk missing out of the dresser. Also, there was no mention anywhere of the fact that the pool is currently closed, which was a huge letdown. The staff at all the coffee shops/stores inside the hotel were all very friendly but I'm still not convinced that the restaurant ever actually opened for business.

THe hotel was nice enough, but it did seem laid out in a confsing way. easy to get lost. Disappointed with not having shutlled service to and from the the airport. Need to watch the taxi drivers. The quick route was asked to be taken to and from. Cost us $38 to get to thte hotel and $18 to go back to the airport.

Loved this place from the moment I checked in. They upgraded me to a one bedroom suite with a balcony as well as providing a fun book with lots of good coupons. Hotel and casino are clean and well maintained. Only had two meals in the hotel - the buffet which was pretty good (there are better ones out there, but this was close) and the R Steak House, which was fantastic. Although a steak house, I opted for the mahi mahi and scallops and both were fantastic. Although a single traveler, I didn't feel awkward and the staff was very attentive. When I checked out, both the sales clerk and manager asked about my stay and if they could do anything to make it better, and gave me a coupon for a discount next visit. I'll definitely stay there again!
