Excellent hotel locaton. Quiet, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Centered in Waikiki, so easy walking for everything. Food, beach access, shopping etc. We just returned from our visit here. Experience was great...would absolutely stay here again and again. Great price! Stayed here 28 yrs ago and checked in again. Remodeled, fresh, clean and very nice place. Staff is awesome!!!

Great location, friendly staff. It was wonderful to have great restaurant (Jimmy Buffetts) on site as well as Macy's department store. The pool placement was excellent with sunshine during all hours. A store on site made snacks and drinks easily accessible. The ONLY complaint I have is that the beds WERE NOT comfortable in the room with two double beds. If they had only invested in a two or three inch foam mattress to put atop there tired mattresses, it would have made a near perfect stay. And the problem is, when you are touring and vacationing, good rest is extremely important and in this case lacking. We stayed from June 11, 2010 thru June 19, 2010.

We really liked this hotel. It's location was very good for Waikiki. Our room was very clean and comfortable and very convenient for visiting the beach and such. We would stay there again. The pool was small with no shade if you wanted to get out of the sun.

We were first-timers to Hawaii and in our 60's. Location was everything to us! Tour guides in the lobby were great. We were on the 12th floor and thought it was noisy outside, but you are on the main street. We overlooked that for the convenience. The room was great for how much time you actually spend there. You also get a 15% discount at Margaritaville. Close walk to beach and shops. Pool was nice but not for babies or toddlers. We would stay again!

We couldn't have asked for more. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was so central we could walk everywhere. The only thing lacking was free computer use.
