The location is very convenient for touring historic Philadelphia. The staff was great and assisted us with suggestions for transportation and directions to activities we were going to. We also inquired about access to a microwave and one was quickly brought to our room for our use for the remainder or our stay. They also accommodated our special request for more tea and hot chocolate since we did not drink coffee. Convenient to many transportation options.

Great hotel experience! The hotel is in the heart of downtown Philly, close to the convention center, Liberty Bell and the Reading Terminal Market. The only downers were that wifi and breakfast weren't included.

We are a family of 4 with two of them under 13. Loews was extremely friendly, patient, and the conciere was so helpful. Love being in the center of philadelphia, able to walk or train to where we wanted to be. Being across from REading Terminal Market was fantastic, a great place to get a bite to eat and check out the local fare! Will stay again...

The room was large, which was nice. The bed was a little too firm for my comfort. I have stayed at other Loews (Miami Beach/Montreal) and they were much nicer that this one. The staff was the ususal better than most when it comes to service and friendliness. There are better hotels in Philadelphia that I have used.

As a single woman traveling...dining out can be a little tricky. Christain, the concierge, was extremely helpful in securing a reservation for dinner. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Another bonus...the hotel is right across the street from market east station. Therefore very easy to get there from the airport by train..for about $7.00
