    I have stayed at Four Points three times now. Great rates, clean rooms, good Internet connection, lots of inexpensive dining options in walking distance and very close to LAX rental car returns. The latter is important to me, as I prefer to avoid ending a trip with a long drive to the airport followed by searching for rental car return location. You can use their self-park lot, but you can also find free street space in adjoining neighborhoods.

    This hotel is very convinient if you need to stay near the airport. It has complimentary shuttle service that pick you up and drop you off. The initial check in couldnt have been easier, we arrived earlier and they had extra rooms available. They checked us in, they lobby is very clean and looks nice. They have a restaurant onsite which is a little pricey. I dont like that we had to pay for parking but hey your in Los Angeles you will pay for parking anywhere you go. The room we stayed in was recently rennovated, it was very clean. The carpet was nice, sheets were clean and not cheap. Only problem with room was that the iron was broken, the remote wasent working and the shower head wasent working properly. It wasent a big deal for us, were not extreamly picky all we had to do was call and they fixed the problem. Staff was very friendly they even brought us tooth brushes since we forgot them. I would recommed this hotel if you need a nice place to sleep in, we were in and out everyday but the stay was nice. The breakfast buffet was $* a person just a heads up. All in all I had a great stay and would recommend this to others.

    The hotel is under renovation, we have been in the old rooms and now in the new ones. They are excellent for the money. Friendliest personnel in the area. The A/C and water systems have been updated, no more problems with them. The bar is the best, they will accommodate your needs and cook to your liking within their means. The buffet should be improved, but I ate out. The coffee shop in the morning had excellent coffee and it was good enough for me. The location is excellent, as it allow us to move in all directions. But again, above all, the personnel for a long stay made it pleasurable and comfortable.

    Im a Sheraton Starwood frequent guest and have stayed in Sheratons all over the world, first time at 4 Points LAX and certainly the last. The supposedy "upgraded me" to one of te best rooms in the hotel...turns out to be hndicapped room...nothiing against handicapped people or rooms adapted for hem..however it wasnt their best as claimed....then I ordered room service and paid cash...30 minutes later and for the next 3 hours was constantly called by the room service manager about my credit card being rejected.....explained I paid cash and on and on it went, they never sent any one up to verify my receipt and I certainly wasnt going down to prove something I didnt do....obviously they had m confused wth another room...then after a while never heard nothing more about it...not an explanation...not an apology....nada, zero, zip...so thank goodness it was only a 2 night stay...but certainly would NOT return.

    I went and i had a reservation and they made me wait 3 hrs so at the end they gave me a voucher for another hotel across the street and ...

    i went and i had a reservation and they made me wait 3 hrs so at the end they gave me a voucher for another hotel across the street and i had to move all my baggage .and it was only for one night , and next morning i also had to move my self back , and the room was not ready and dirty.
