This is the second time that I've stayed here. Once I find a place where all my needs are met, I sick with it. Why look elsewhere when I know I'll be taken care of. If I can sleep with no iteruptions and no discomfort then I know for a fact that this is the place, why deny it!

The wall electrical outlets are so worn out, I plugged in the charger to my phone and it fell out , every wall receptacle was loose. the coffeemaker didn't work. I requested a fridge, they brought me a freezer! It froze my Frappuccinos and the soda and beer cans, I had to throw them out.The bathroom was so small and dated. Parking is 19.99 plus tax, 21.00 per day! Just terrible, I should have kept the reservations at the Days Inn in Santa Monica, I thought this was a step up, was I wrong.

I previously stayed at this hotel when it was part of another hotel chain. The quality and upkeep of the hotel declined significantly over time to the point where I refused to stay there. Now that Sheraton owns it, there has been some major rennovations and upgrades that has definitely improved the hotel by 100%. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. The access of the free shuttle to the airport was the selling point since we had an early flight out to Hawaii the next day. It save shuttle and parking costs for us.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are very clean and fresh. The pool is comfortable and under used, so it is very relaxing. It does not face LAX so it is a pretty quiet hotel, except for the rooms on the interior corridor that face the pool; noisy people appear to come and go all night long in the corridor; when changed to a different room, the experience was quite pleasant because it was so quiet. This hotel is a great value for the money. Just request a room change if you are assigned to a room on an interior corridor facing the pool. Also, the wi-fi connection was instant and great!
