The only downfall to this hotel was the construction work and noise. The noise started before 8 a.m. The breakfast is amazing and everything is very clean. I would recommend this hotel. Just ask if the consruction work is finished.

We stayed at the Crystal Inn for a family reunion in June as well as one night of our Anniversary weekend in July. Both times our experience was horrible. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but after staying there the second time, decided that it is a hotel we won't stay at ever again. The rooms we booked weren't the rooms we got, we ended up helping a young girl who worked there alone clean the dining room because she looked stressed and we felt bad for her while the front staff just stared at us with no "thank you" afterward. To top it off, when we stayed there for one night of our Anniversary weekend, they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied and we almost walked in on a woman getting ready! The people who were checking in before us had been given THREE different keys to already occupied rooms!!! The staff had no explanation as to why this happened. We will NEVER stay there again and suggest you do not either!
