  Hotel was convienent to everything. it made our trip very enjoyable to just be able to walk or catch the subway anywhere we needed to go.

  Good hotel; wife and I enjoyed it. The rooms were very nice and the service was excellent. The restaurant was a delight. Once we parked the car, we walked to all the locations that was needed. The only downside was the parking but all parking in Chicago is a little high.

  Check in was very quick. given room ahead of check in time. great location for access to shops, restaurants, etc. on michigan avenue. personnel friendly and helpful.

  this is one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was excellent. They would even push the elevator button for us when we walked by. Location is perfect too. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our anniversary. Kudos to the staff and management for delivering such a good experience
