If you have low expectations, this hotel will work fine. For my family it was a little disappointing. First, the room floor sloped toward the poolside of the building, meaning the armoire doors fell closed while we attempted to access the television/microwave/shelving. Second, housekeeping routinely neglected to collect trash and restock amenities such as coffee and plastic cultery. (Though they did toss a very important piece of paperwork we had sitting on the desk.) Finally, the floor slope resulted in an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. Ultimately, it felt like a hotel that had a lovely facelift but needed a deeper renovation to address structural issues. Oh yeah, and the restaurant lounge turns into a cougar bar on the weekends. Great finishing touch. But for the price, what can you expect?

wanna nice place that wont break the bank, yet provide everything you expect from a much higher priced motel? here it is right on the mighty Columbia River! all service here was excellent! including the Print out of the Google map they gave us at the desk for driving directions! a very cool place to spend a night or even a week! thanks you guys for an awesome stay! steve and Harlene say thanks again Red Lion!
