fantastic service, staff always greet u with a smile, they have this green initiative where u decline room service for a day and u get a $10 voucher for starbucks, or at their bar, or pay-per-view movies. their TV is LCD and has most TV channels. free wifi throughout, free computer use in hotel lobby with free printing available.. location is fantastic - - very close to union square and all major shopping outlets

It was our first time in San Francisco. So we wanted a hotel that we would be able to get to everything by walking or trolly. It was a perfect spot to be to see everything we wanted to see. However, I went there with a girl friend and I wanted a room with two beds. They could only give us a room with a king size bed. Did not know this until we arrived at the hotel. We lived with it, and we still had a great time while we were there. It gave us a story to go home with. LOL!!

I have stayed at this hotel before. It was a good experience; however, this time we were put in a room right by the elevator. Drunk people were yelling in the hallway. It was super noisy and when I tried to call the front desk, they never picked up. I'm rating them poor on service due to the lack of response when I called the front desk. Other than this, its a nice hotel and generally speaking the staff were very nice.
