I stayed at this hotel before and don't remember it being so run down , it was like we got the rooms that were left over and nobody wanted. Our daughter's room had a leak in the closet where her clothes hung.

Stayed in the pyramid, king bed deluxe and was very satisfied. Clean room, comfortable bed, and check-in and out was quick and flawless. The tram helps a bit to get closer to the strip, but is a bit of a walk. The hotel offers great attractions such as Bodies and Titanic artifacts. The buffet deal is great too! Highly recommend and would stay again if I couldn't get a room closer to the strip for a decent price. Pool could better.

The hotel had lots of entertainment, lots of restaurants, and 4 pools (I was very pleased with the hotel. I wasn't to pleased with the hotel rooms, the rooms are very old and outdated.  The service is EXCELLENT, when we checked in our room had an A/C that wasn't working (it was 108 degrees outside while we were in Vegas), we stayed in that room overnight and the next day a manager came and apologized for the inconvenience and took us to penthouse to stay in for the next 3 nights.

Intriguing design and environment. Food and attractions were fun and well presented. The comedian at the Fantasy show was worth the admission. I am surprised he hasn't moved on past this venue already. In general this hotel is basically clean but it is a little tired and worn. Needs refreshing. Management needs to put a muzzle on all the time share sellers in the lobby that are on the attack wherever you walk through. They start off offering free shows and meals but then the second you start to listen a high pressure sales pitch sets in and they won't take no for an answer. They want to tie you up for a day in exchange for those free tickets. The first one that got me lied about who and what he was and I thought it was a hotel booth to sign up for shows. Once I saw through the scheme I told the first jerk what I thought of him and his deceptive practices and walked away. They dress and come off like hotel employees but by the time you can see the name tag you can tell they are hawking timeshares. I had one mouthy female when I walked past her get smart mouthed with me. This is a serious detriment to LV Hotels and Casinos and I saw them all over the Strip. This is why I only gave the hotel a 2. It would have been a 4 except for these leeches who won't leave you alone.
