No WiFi! Just 1 long cord. Don't upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. NONE of the jacuzzis work! The restaurants in the Luxor are all horrible. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere nice. You won't regret it.

This hotel did not exceed my expectations. For the price, it was just right. I thought the shower was disappointing. The first day we had a clog, but maintenance had it fixed by the time we returned from our tour the first day. Beds were comfortable, no issues sleeping. Plenty of options to eat and shows within the hotel itself. The elevators are slow, but i think it has to do with the pyramid. Staff was nice, no issues there. I also enjoyed the gym. The internet is not wireless. I did not have the buffet, but the people we went with were not impressed and thought it was a waste of money. It is on the end of the strip, but take the Deuce down further and you can walk to a majority of nearby places.

We stayed in the Pyrmaid. It rained and our room windows leaked. They moved us to another room and those windows leaked too. So they finally moved us into the tower. The rooms were not sound proof, we could hear the neighbors tv, water, toliet and passer-byers in the hallway too. The shower had black mold at the base of the glass doors. Carpet patches were everywhere.

This hotel had construction every day, so no sleeping in. There was no wifi. The pool was outside. They had a lot of pushy sales people all over the hotel that constantly bugged every time you walked by. My experience here was awful. I will go back to Vegas again but will not be staying at the Luxor !!!

I do not plan on staying at another MGM owned property! I want to start off by saying: we found blood stains on two of our towels! We stayed in one of the Luxor's Pyramid suites with a "soaking tub" in the room, and they call it this because the jacuzzi jets don't work in the hotel, which is what I was told by hotel personnel. The heat did not work properly in our room and we were without hot water one evening. The cable television also didn't work one evening, along with the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working properly either. Our Pyramid Suite was on the tenth floor easily accessible from the elevator, but the problem with their elevators was that they weren't working properly either. Only two of the four were functioning, so this was causing a build up of people and long waits for elevators.
