This hotel was great .made easy to get to excaliber ,nyny,mgm and m,bay.thru walkway and monerail.played at all four casinos.dining was reasonable for vegas.dont have to far to have fun staying at these area.have already recommended to freinds that are going to vegas.i wish can go again summer.

Had expected a room in the pyramid, but was placed in the West Tower. This turned out OK, since the fitness center was close. The room was clean, large and well kept. My beef with the Luxor is that they increased prices for the Sunday buffet from $16 to $23 per person and offered nothing special. In fact, the omelette line was long and the oatmeal was as thin as grits. I raised the issue with staff but 10 minutes later oatmeal was still missing. All of the restaurants were over-priced for just OK meals, or worse.

No one seemed to care, staff need customer service training
04/13/2012Elevators broke down on multiple occasions, no one in any department seemed to care. comment from security was "sorry for you bad luck" ... staff need extensive training in customer service. ...
Elevators broke down on multiple occasions, no one in any department seemed to care. Comment from Security was "sorry for you bad luck" ... Staff need extensive training in customer service. There were no in room safes, this was not disclosed ANYWHERE. Overall service was below poor.
