I enjoyed my stay at the Luxor. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! The room was average and when it was discovered that there was a leak (it was rainy the week I was there) housekeeping was sent up immediately to ensure that the mess was cleaned up and none of my stuff was ruined. The drinks from the casino came frequently and were pretty good. All in all, I would definitely return.

I had somewhat low expectations of this hotel but it was actually quite nice. I was upgraded to a Tower room which I understand are possibly in better shape than the pyramid rooms. Room was clean and had a nice flat screen TV. Bathroom was huge with bathtub and separate walk-in shower and nice size vanity and great lighting (the rest of the room is a little dark though). The Tower rooms are a bit of a walk to the lobby but too bad. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay!

Nice hotel. However, some problems with the plumbing in the shower. Hotel sent plumber right away, but would have had to change rooms had we not been leaving in a.m. Pyramid room very noisy. You can hear the wind blowing very loudly against the side of the building. I don't know if they have this same problem in the towers or just the pyramid. I was somewhat disappointed with the room because of the noise and plumbing problems since I really wanted to stay here. The experience once was enough though.

I really enjoyed walking into the hotel and it haveing a pleasant smell, to many times you walk in somewhere that allows smokers and the whole place will smell, NOT the Luxor it was great smelling a clean fresh sent! I also had a problem with the AC and it was attended to immediately, Had same problem next day and was moved to another room with out any problem, doormen even brought us key and offered to take luggage for us!
