I was extremely disappointed as soon as we go to our room. I had paid an additional fee ($27 or $29 ) a night to be upgraded to a larger room with a strip view. What I got was the back of the pyramid and a roof top. Immediately contacted the front desk and they were unwilling to help. She said she could move us to a different room, but then said there was nothing available. We stayed mid week and were told they were at 60% occupancy, but het they didn't have another room? The room was clean and maids were quick to get in and out. The pool was clean but small for the size of the hotel. Unfortunetly most of the pool staff were new and couldn't direct my husband where to go to rent a cabana.
