I like the the hotel ok, but I feel betrayed with how dishonest they were because of a $40 service fee, Also the internet conection was non exsistant, "it never worked", so I don't feel comfortable about people sliding fees in on a bill with no reason. so i will never stay there again, unless they return my money for it. Also the spiret Airline charges $40 each way for 1 bag. that is out rages, and unfair, plus no one told me that. so i am real up set about all this

The extra fees for internet; newspaper etc, we did not use. Why does the customer have to go find the newspaper a long way down to the lobby, this should be delivered to the rooms. Never did get our 8 digit number for internet. An open ended hold was put on our cards without our permission. There should be a paper to sign> There was an off limits part of the pool which was not marked??? So we were thrown out. If this is only for certain folks it should be controlled better.
