We needed a quiet relaxing vacation and we got just as we hoped. Dreams has both a busy crowded happy party side and a quite relaxing side. We picked the Club Tower and it was perfect. The hotel staff is the best. The food is above avarage and the deal is unbeatable. Best vacation for the price ever. So much to do if you want or just sit on a beautiful beach and relax. The hotel zone just outside the hotel offers much to do and see just a short walk. The security at the hotel is wonderful. They insure you are a guest and keep outsiders away. Everyone works hard to keep you happy and get anything you want. Housekeeping was outstanding. Yes for three times the price you can fine a better hotel but why bother!! Dreams is perfect.

My husband, 13 year old daughter, and I stayed over Spring Break. We had never been to Cancun but loved the location, the friendly staff, and the clean rooms! The onsite dolphin feature was also awesome! We would definitely stay again.

I think that this location was pretty much what we expected to get. The resort is decent, not fantastic but in pretty good shape. The good: All service was great. They were all very kind and attentive to us and our child. All were helpful and never had their hand out for a tip. The food was good. It wasn't outstanding, but it was good. They had a good variety at the buffet and changed it up. We always had plenty to choose from for us and our 3 yr old. The other restaurants were OK, nothing special or really that different from the main buffet. The resort was always clean and cared for, it is getting a little old, but it is still clean. Everything is easy to get to and find. We loved the location as it was in town but quiet and away from the spring break madness...but only a 5 minute walk to it...if you choose. The lagoon was fun for our child and the real beach was right there with great sand and waves. The pool was 2 minutes in the other direction. Part of the pool is very shallow and my 3yr old could walk around on his own. The bad: The rooms were very basic. Clean and attended to, but somewhat old and boring. The beds weren't bad, we slept fine. Showers, well depending on the time, at 5pm good luck with the hot water, it was an issue. Not at 4 though??? There wasn't much to do there at night as well, their entertainment was minimal. The pool wasn't much as well. It worked for us but nothing special. Small complaints really. All in all, the pictures and such do it justice. I recommend the Ocean view rooms.

Went for my husband bday. #40He has a very stressed job#41. Greeted with champagne. Spent total of 6 days 5 nights. Room was ok not bad for the deal we had. Room was clean good housekeeping services. Food was great!!!!! We had the romantic dinner on the pier which was unbelievable. The drinks were great! the beach was private perfect and relaxing. No rocks in the water like in waikiki beach. Drinks were served on the beach with staff frequently offering services. Staff was gracious. My husband and I went alone however I would go back with my kids. The hotel is at walking distance from the hotel zone so you save money on taxis. Great locationThey have good entertainment right across the hotel. If you are looking for salsa dancing the club has a wonderful band. The hotel also offered leizure bar music in the lobby. You can not get a better deal if you are looking for inexpensive good food privacy and fun. The only problem I had was that I left my postacards in the lobby and they were not mailed. That was the only downfall. BTW room service is included in your package and that was perfect after a night of dancing and drinking. We came back 100 relaxed.

This resort is great. Even though it is a 'family' resort, it had a mature ambience. This is definitely not a party resort for crazy college spring breakers. The food on the buffet is better than most buffets, but is still a buffet. The food in the included restaurants is delicious, and the service at all locations is tremendous. They really strive to make sure you are satisfied. I have stayed at this resort 3 times, and will continue to stay there each year for my vacation. I have stayed at other all inclusive resorts in Cancun, and have been disappointed by all the others. You will definitely enjoy staying at dreams!
