All Inclusive is the way to go

This was our first time to Cancun and first time staying at an "all inclusive" resort and we couldn't have been more pleased. The ocean view rooms were fabulous and you can't beat the beautiful views of the sunrise. We went with another couple and all of us agreed that this was a great place and definitely worth the price we paid. This resort is in a nice location- close to shopping, malls, and popular tourist spots (Hard Rock Cafe, Carlo's & Charlies, Hooters, etc.) and bus transportation is easily obtainable. The hotel staff worked to accomodate our early arrival (we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m.-) and placed us in a room as soon as one available. They stored our luggage until a room was available and allowed us to use the pool and other facilities while we waited. Dreams Cancun has us excited about coming back to Cancun next year and we will bringing friends with us - everyone should enjoy a vacation like we had. Thank you Dreams.

We enjoyed our vacation very much and our son LOVED the kids club; we didn't want to leave. The food is ok - could've been better, but they were trying. Our only complaints were with housekeeping - it takes forever to get any additional needs and there was never hot water for showers at the dinnertime hours. Resort was nice and we would return, they want you to enjoy your stay. Sometimes the drinks seemed "watered" down. Beach area was nice - but early bird catches the worm getting a lounge chair.

Every single employee at the resort was so polite, courteous, efficient and hospitable. They truly exist for the customer! The place was very clean and the food was excellent with something there for everyone to eat.
I have nothing negative to say.
Yes it was a little spendy but then we did travel on spring break! And I did not compare the price to other places so who knows, it may be just right.
It was so neat having the dolphins right there.
I would highly recommend this place.
