I have stayed in the Phoenix area twice before, once in Scottsdale at an impressive golf resort and at a less than impressive hotel in Tempe. I booked this hotel for an amazingly great deal and after check-in was totally blown away by the great room! We walked past a nice pool, up a glass elevator to our third floor room and were surprised with a spacious suite. A living area with pull out couch t.v., nice size bathroom, bedroom w/two queens, t.v., radio w/ipod dock, etc. The view from the room wasn't that great...it overlooked the drab parking lot, but other than that I was living quite comfortably! Its not THAT central to downtown but super close to a college town that has a lot of restaurants, shops, a little river, market, CVS, etc. I would highly recommend it. The front desk staff has a great attitude as well, they were very pleasant to deal with.

The rooms aren't brand new, but they are really big and roomy. This is a great option for business or someone that is staying for several nights, because there is a kitchen in the room. There is a nice TV in both the bedroom and the living room area.
