The Castle location is excellent. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the theme parks are in close proximity. Joe at the Castle is warm and friendly and readily offers good advice to travelers. The decor and theme are great. We were however, looking forward to milk and cookies as was indicated on the site, but they were not offered, I did have a slight problem with someone being allowed to charge breakfast to my room. We had not ordered breakfast and on two separate occasions someone was allowed to charge to my room without so much as a signature. The clerk at the hotel acted as if she didn't believe me which was disappointing but she eventually credited one of the charges. Also, theme park tickets are not available here so that was a slight inconvenience as was the lack of scheduled shuttle services.

Overall, I thought it was a bit dark inside but the room was decent, clean and comfortable. The hotel has free parking and is close proxmity to most of the major attractions. I would stay again for the same type of bargain.

Stayed here for a "girl's weekend" and loved every minute of it. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast in the Cafe was great. This hotel has definitely made it onto our "Will stay again" list.

The experience in this hotel was wonderful. The staff member were very nice and they allowed us to check in earlier that the regular time, since the rooms were ready. The decoration is just like in the pictures in their website, and the bed were super comfortable. I will go to this hotel over and over.

This is my 2nd stay at the Castle Hotel on I-Drive in Orlando. It was just as fantastic as the first, despite the change in ownership from Doubletree to Holiday Inn. Check-in was a breeze. There was no line and we even got to get into our room early. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. And the beds are oh-so-comfortable. We slept SO well. There's even an option to get Internet on your TV, so we could look things up online and even log into our Netflix account to watch an instant movie. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's central to everything and easy to get to. We could walk to numerous restaurants on I-Drive, including Pointe Orlando.
