Parking is terrible in garage and there is no valet, no help with luggage, no luggage carts to do it yourself, water pressure issues, desk help uninformed, no cookies, the only good thing is size of rooms.

The hotel was great! Some of the staff was a little ah well we will get to it when we get to it! The front desk forgot to call a cab for me twice! Whick made me late for my event. The bed was so comfy! I slept so well!

I love this hotel when I'm in Columbus. The rooms are extremely spacious, and the location is great. You are within walking distance of the Supreme Court building, which is worth a visit. Ask for a room with a view of the river.

Five of us girls stayed at Doubletree Guest Suites which was nice. I slept on the sleep sofa which was very old and lumpy. Overall the room was clean and service was good. Loved the free cookies, but we had to ask for them instead of just been given them when we checked in. I did not like taking two elevators to get to our room. First elevator was from the garage to the lobby and the second elevator was from the lobby to the floor with our room. We stayed on a Sunday night and nothing was open downtown close by. The next time we stayed in Columbus, we stayed in the suburbs which we liked a lot more.
