The hotel was the quietest hotel that I've ever stayed in. The room was very comfortable and the location was great. It was a bit hard to find if you're driving yourself there. A little tricky to manuever in that area of the city. The front desk and car parking staff were very helpful.

Hotel was great, valet was ridiculous

We stayed four nights at this hotel. The hotel itself was great but the valet service was ridiculous. We were not warned that it takes 30-60 minutes to retrieve your car, FROM AROUND THE CORNER. They are understaffed and rude on top of it. The hotel takes no responsibility for the valet service but if on an average day it takes 30 minutes for them to pull your car, this is not a service worth 38 dollars a day. To the hotel managers- you need a new valet service. I would NOT stay at this hotel again if I planned to use a vehicle.

Started off with an early check in, very accomodating, staff was EXTREMELY knowledgable and helpful. Simply a great stay! Oh and by the way....we are going back to see what we missed the frist time. It is close to the famous Wannamaker Organ concert every noon in what is now Macy's Dept. Store...check it out.

This hotel is right behind City Hall, which is such a landmark that we always knew which direction we needed to go to get back. It's very close to many things and if not, the metro is close too. The hotel was clean and quiet. We talked to the staff at check-in and other than that, they were invisible - which is good. The room was nice, bed was comfortable - no issues whatsoever. Would stay again.
